How Credits Work

Simple pricing formula

Credits are calculated based on the larger of requests or compute time:

credits = max(requests ÷ 10,000, VU-minutes ÷ 50)
minimum = 5 credits per test

Example costs

Smoke test (2 min, 20 VUs, ~6k requests)5 credits

Frequently Asked Questions

Do credits expire?

No! Your credits never expire and can be used anytime.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support at support@apistresslab.com for refund requests.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. All payments are secure and PCI compliant.

What if a test fails?

If a test fails due to an error on our end, credits are automatically refunded to your account. You only pay for successful test runs.

Is there a free tier?

Yes! New users receive 50 free credits (no credit card required) to try API Stress Lab and run multiple test scenarios.

How are credits calculated?
